Welcome to Happy Face School Photography.
By using our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

1. Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful order (if email is provided).
Customers are responsible for ensuring all details (name, class, package selection) are correct before submitting the order.
Orders can only be combined for children from the same school.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and activities under it.

2. Pricing
We aim to ensure all pricing and product information is accurate.
In the event of an error:
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order
A full refund will be issued if payment has been made
We will contact you using the details provided where possible.

3. Cancellation Policy
All products are custom-made, therefore:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
To request cancellation:
Contact us immediately after placing your order
We reserve the right to determine production status.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy
No refunds or exchanges will be given if:
The order was produced correctly based on submitted details
There is a change of mind
You are dissatisfied with selected poses, expressions, or editing styles

5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions or school closures
Epidemics or public health situations
Technical or infrastructure failures

Orders affected under such circumstances will not be cancelled or refunded, but alternative arrangements may be offered where possible.

6. Incorrect or Missing Orders
Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
We will:
Replace defective or incorrect items, or
Provide a refund if replacement is not possible
Requests after 14 days may incur additional charges.

7. Late Orders
Late orders may still be accepted after the official deadline.
Additional charges may apply.
Delivery timelines may be longer than standard orders.

8. Payment
Customers must ensure all payment details are accurate and authorized.
We do not store any credit card or payment information.

9. Class & Group Photos
Class and group photos are available in printed format only.
Digital copies are not provided to protect student privacy.

10. Delivery
Orders may be delivered via:
School distribution, or
Home delivery (additional charges may apply)
Production time: 3–4 weeks after payment confirmation (may vary depending on schedule).

11. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with your order:
Please contact our customer service team
We will review and assist where possible

12. Acceptable Use
When using our system, you agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Disrupt the system or other users
Upload or share harmful or unlawful content
Copy or misuse copyrighted materials

13. General
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version published will apply.

14. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content, including images and materials, belongs to Happy Face School Photography.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
