By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms of Purchase listed below.
Ordering
Your order for purchase is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
If you provide a valid email address, we will notify you to confirm receipt of your order.
Use of our website and ordering system is only available to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
We will protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities under your account.
Orders can only be combined for children from the same school. Orders from different schools cannot be combined.
Pricing
Happy Face School Photography strives to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, errors may occur.
All prices shown apply to the items within the selected package.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order
A full refund will be issued if payment has already been made
We will attempt to contact you using the information provided during checkout.
Cancellation of Orders
As all products are individually produced photographs, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order to check its status.
We reserve the right to determine whether an order has already been processed.
Orders will not be cancelled unless under the pricing error conditions stated above.
No Refund / Exchange Policy
Orders are produced based on the details provided by the customer.
No refunds or exchanges will be given if orders are produced correctly.
No refunds or exchanges will be given for subjective reasons, including:
Dissatisfaction with appearance, pose, or expression
Dissatisfaction with selected editing styles or filters
Change of mind after order submission
Customers are given the opportunity to review and select their images before confirming the order.
Force Majeure
Happy Face School Photography shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Epidemics or public health situations
Government restrictions or school closures
Fire, extreme weather, or infrastructure failure
In such cases:
Orders will not be cancelled or refunded
Alternative arrangements (such as home delivery) may be offered where applicable
Incorrect / Missing Orders
If there are any issues with the quality of the photograph or product, we will replace the item with an exact like-for-like replacement.
If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be offered.
We must be notified within 14 days of delivery to rectify the issue.
If an order is missing:
A replacement will be produced
Notification must be made within 14 days from the main delivery date
We reserve the right to charge for reproduction after the 14-day period.
Late Orders
Orders placed after the official deadline may still be accepted.
Additional charges may apply for late orders.
Late orders will be delivered separately and may take 3–4 weeks depending on the period.
Payment
You confirm that all payment details provided are accurate and authorized.
You must not use payment methods that are not lawfully owned by you.
We do not store any credit card or payment information.
Class Photos
Class and group photos are available in printed format only.
Digital copies will not be provided to ensure student privacy and protection.
Delivery
Orders may be delivered via:
School distribution, or
Home delivery (additional charges may apply)
Delivery method may be determined in coordination with the school.
Orders are typically produced within 3–4 weeks after payment confirmation, depending on schedule.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with your photo proofs, please contact our customer service team.
We will review your concern and assist where reasonably possible.
For general feedback, suggestions, or complaints, please contact us directly.
Acceptable Use
When using our system, you agree not to:
Transmit any unlawful or harmful material
Interfere with other users or system operations
Violate any applicable laws
Disrupt connected systems or networks
Copy, store, or distribute copyrighted materials without permission
General Clauses
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Purchase at any time without prior notice.

Images
Text
Designs
Website materials
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
